- Communication Data: Messages sent through our in-app chat feature between employers and job seekers.

- To create and manage your GotKerja account.
- To facilitate our core service: matching job seekers with relevant job opportunities and employers.
- To verify the authenticity of employers (via SSM certificate review) to maintain a safe platform.
- To enable real-time chat communication between matched parties.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share your information in the following ways:
- With Matched Users: Job seekers' profiles are visible to potential employers, and employers' job postings are visible to job seekers.
- Legal Requirements: If required by Malaysian law or government authorities.

We implement robust security measures to protect your data. You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. Employers can manually delete their uploaded SSM certificates directly from their dashboard settings, which will permanently remove the file from our servers.
