1. Nature of the Service

GotKerja is an online matching platform designed to connect job seekers with employers in Malaysia. We act solely as a facilitator. GotKerja is not an employer, recruitment agency, or a party to any employment agreement reached between users on this platform.

2. User Accounts and Verification

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account via Google OAuth.
• Employers: You are required to provide valid and truthful business information. We reserve the right to request and verify your Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) certificate to ensure the legitimacy of job postings.
• Job Seekers: You agree to provide accurate representations of your skills and experience.

3. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree not to use GotKerja to:

• Post false, misleading, or discriminatory job advertisements.
• Harass, abuse, or send inappropriate messages to other users via our in-app chat.
• Scrape, data-mine, or extract user data from the platform.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.

4. Content Ownership and Removal

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, GotKerja reserves the right to remove any content (including job postings or user accounts) that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

GotKerja provides the platform "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles, the success of finding employment, or the quality of candidates. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any employment disputes.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
